(1). Installation site of turbine flow meter

1. The installation site should comply with the ambient temperature within the range of -25~55℃, humidity <80%RH

2. Good ventilation, avoid sun and rain

3. Avoid places where the piping has vibration or stress

4. Avoid places susceptible to strong thermal radiation and radioactivity

5. The interference of strong external electromagnetic field on the detection signal must be avoided. If it cannot be avoided, measures such as shielding cover should be added to the amplifier of the flow meter (sensor) to eliminate interference.

6. Flameproof amplifiers should be used in places with explosion-proof requirements

7. The installation location should be considered for ease of installation, operation and maintenance

(2). Turbine flow meter installation posture and position In order to ensure high measurement accuracy, the flow meter (sensor) should be installed horizontally on the horizontal pipeline, and the direction of the arrow indicating the flow direction on the flow sensor should be consistent with the flow direction of the liquid. If it must be installed vertically, the liquid should flow from bottom to top to ensure that the body of the flow sensor is filled with liquid. Three, piping requirements

1. In order to eliminate the influence of uneven flow velocity distribution in the pipeline on the measurement accuracy, the flow sensor should have a certain straight pipe section upstream and downstream, or install a rectifier to replace part of the straight pipe section. Generally, the upstream straight pipe section is not less than 15D, and the downstream straight pipe section is not less than 5D (D is the nominal diameter of the flow sensor).

2. In order to eliminate the influence of back flow, uneven flow velocity distribution and swirling flow, a rectifier can be installed upstream. At this time, the straight pipe length of the upstream part of the flow sensor can be L=10D. If it is 15~20D, the measurement accuracy can be reached. Calibration accuracy.

3. When the measured liquid contains solid impurities, a filter should be installed upstream of the flow sensor. The mesh number of the filter is 20-60 mesh (3-9 mesh/cm2). Generally, the smaller diameter of the flow sensor is more. some. The installation position of the filter should be considered to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the filter.

4. When the liquid is mixed with gas or when measuring the liquid that is easy to vaporize, an air separator (aerator) should be installed.

5. If the measured liquid is easy to vaporize, in order to prevent cavitation, the pressure at the outlet end of the flow sensor should be higher than the value calculated by the following formula.
